The company covers an area of 110,000 m², with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. It has a workforce of 460 employees, including 46 senior and mid-level engineers. FYV is equipped with over 300 sets of advanced production and inspection equipment, ensuring strong manufacturing and quality control capabilities. Key equipment includes 24 machining centers, 101 CNC lathes, 8 large vertical lathes, 6 CNC grinders, 6 CNC drilling machines, 2 casting production lines, 2 forging production lines, 4 shot blasting machines, 2 cleaning units, 3 large-scale painting lines, 6 sets of automatic welding equipment, 5 spectrometers, 3 microcomputer-controlled hydraulic universal testing machines, 2 pendulum impact testers, 1 cryogenic valve testing system, 5 non-destructive testing systems, 1 refractory bench-top test furnace, 20 hydraulic valve testing machines, 1 helium mass spectrometer, and 1 coordinate measuring machine (CMM).


Advantages performance test display
Adopting a full-process quality control system, combined with automated welding equipment, spectral analysis and non-destructive testing technology, to ensure the reliability of the product's entire life cycle from raw materials to finished products. We have developed a valve corrosion resistance detection device and method. We use the leak detection component to detect leakage, combine the torque measurement component to analyze the valve opening and closing performance, and use a timer to perform cyclic testing, which can accurately evaluate the impact of corrosion on valve function.
